CHANA ANTHONY

(she/her)

Couple, Relationship and Family Therapist

Chana is a qualified family and relationship therapist, with a Masters in Family and Systemic Therapy and a honours degree in Social Work.

Chana is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate relationship challenges and create healthier, more fulfilling connections.
With a warm, supportive and systemic approach, she works to ensure clients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their journey.

Chana believes that safe, connected relationships form the foundation of a joyful and fulfilling  life. Chana has experience working with people with various needs and backgrounds including complex presentations and family systems. She has particular experience supporting families after separation; whether that be navigating a co-parenting relationship, supporting children after separation or supporting people unpack their experience of separation. Whether working with individuals, couples, or families, she draws from a diverse range of therapeutic approaches to meet clients where they are, helping them heal from past wounds, improve connection, and enhance communication.
Chana has extensive experience working within the Australian legal and courts system, working within multidisciplinary teams. Chana likes to work systemically, taking the wider system around the client(s) into consideration. Whilst she enjoys working 1:1 with some clients, her specialty is working with more than one in the room - whether that be a couple, members from the same family or other significant relationships.
Her commitment to providing a compassionate, non-judgmental space supports clients to explore and transform their relationship dynamics, so they can move forward with greater understanding, connection, and resilience.
